Your responsibilities

  • Implementing the company’s commercial tactics to achieve sales targets, engaging actively in securing deals to boost business development

  • Meeting or exceeding set sales quotas, consistently pushing for higher performance and company growth

  • Contributing effectively to the sales and marketing teams, helping to enhance overall team performance and success

  • Analyzing sales data to extract actionable insights, using this data to refine your sales approaches and enhance performance

  • Maintaining accountability for sales-related KPIs, striving for continuous improvement and better outcomes

  • Enhancing and optimizing sales processes for increased efficiency and success in achieving targets

  • Participating in shaping the company’s direction by providing insightful sales perspectives and feedback

Must-haves

  • Proven experience in managing sales processes and achieving targets. You know how to close a deal and drive sales growth.

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales role within a B2B services agency. Familiarity with the industry’s demands and effective sales strategies.

  • Knowledge of WordPress, open-source platforms, or web development technologies. This helps in understanding the products and services offered.

  • Demonstrated ability to grow sales within a services agency, with a focus on client satisfaction and revenue maximization.

  • Skilled in utilizing sales tools to forecast trends and prepare for market changes.

  • Data-driven approach in sales, with solid abilities in reporting and analysis.

  • Strong written communication skills for crafting compelling sales pitches and client communications.

  • Fluent in both English and German (C1 or higher) to effectively communicate with our diverse client base.

  • Knowledge of legal aspects relevant to sales and familiarity with RFP processes, ensuring compliance and protecting company interest

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience collaborating with development teams. Understanding their world makes you a better ally.
