At Syde all I get through my laptop is positive energy.

In this article, we want to introduce Ana Milikic, our QA Analyst. When Ana joined our agency in August 2022, we asked her a few questions to get to know her a little better.

This is Ana Milikic

Ana Milikic lives in Novi Sad, Serbia.

Panorama of Novi Sad

How would you describe yourself?

I believe learning never stops when you have goals. I always give my best to assigned tasks in my job and love exploring and learning about new technologies.

How do you spend your spare time?

I like to spend my spare time with my family, swimming, cycling, and traveling. Thanks to my city’s location, we are only ten minutes away from being in nature and exploring outdoors.

What is important to you?

My family is my whole world, I am a mother of three boys, and they are what is most important.

Ana’s way to Syde

I finished my studies 15 years ago. Manual testing, actually testing in any way, gives me the opportunity to improve myself and my skills more and more. Learning never stops.

I am looking forward to the tasks because this is a new environment for me.

One of Syde’s most appealing characteristics  to me is that it’s all remote work. During my first week with them, all I got through my laptop was a bunch of positive energy, and it is amazing how they managed all this in that positive way with such good vibes.

Questions to Syder Ana

We asked Ana a few personal questions to learn more about her:

What was the last book you read?

Naš otac (Our Father), by Ljiljana Habjanović Đurović

What was the best advice you ever got? Who gave it to you?

“Never give up,” my mother.

What do you like most about your city?

I love that my city has a lot of human warmth, the river, the fortress, the small mountain Fruška Gora, you can always find something new.

What is your favorite smartphone app?

Viber.

What is the best meal you can cook on your own?

I make a great Musaka. It’s a meat and potatoes based dish that also has a little spice to it.

You get stuck in the elevator for many hours and there’s a song playing in a continuous loop. What song would that be?

“Guns N’ Roses” – November Rain.

By the way: The Syde Team is 100% remote

This enables us to bring together the best minds in the world in one team. You want to learn more about our way of working and the Syders? Take a look inside Syde!
