Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for Content Strategy and Editing of websites
- Website building with the Gutenberg Block Editor
- Ongoing support of our development team in plugin & feature testing
- You work with customers and developers to improve our plugins and guarantee high usability and quality
- Working with Jira tickets and project boards
- Independent planning and organization of your tasks and workday
- Work with colleagues to ensure consistency of documentation regarding project knowledge and internal processes
- No coding will be required
Must-haves
- Know your way around the WordPress backend
- Exposure to the functionality of different WordPress themes and plugins
- Proficiency in the English language (reading comprehension, grammar & communication)
- Interest in understanding fundamental programming principles (knowing how to code is not required)
- Sufficient WordPress knowledge to communicate with our developers about support topics
- Resourceful and creative in analyzing problems and finding solutions
- You are well organized, work in a structured way, and set priorities
- Troubleshooting experience
- You express yourself precisely. With great empathy, you get to the bottom of complicated issues to ensure happy customers – Make it difficult to be difficult!
- Curiosity to learn and grow
- Great attention to detail with a methodical approach, working on long-term solutions
- A good listener that deals with people skilfully and patiently and keeps calm even when the customer doesn’t
- Passionate about working with other people
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Gutenberg Block Editor
- Basic understanding of HTML & CSS
- Knowledge using JIRA & Confluence
- Basic knowledge of Web Technologies
- Exposure to UX/UI, an eye for detail
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing (SEO, Google Analytics)
- You are in the LATAM region
