Vitalii Todorenko – QA Analyst

How would you describe yourself?

I’m a friendly, communicative, goal-oriented person that loves life and discovering new things. Learning and self-development give me the power to move forward. Freedom and human relationships have great value for me.

How do you spend your time?

I love to spend my spare time traveling with my family and gathering with friends. We love visiting many interesting places all over the world and seeing new and amazing things.

My biggest passion is mountains. Climbing rocks and mountaineering is what I like to do. It gives me energy for daily life, clears my mind, and helps me understand myself better. It’s a pleasure to discover new climbing spots with my friends or set new routes somewhere high in the mountains.

I also love to do some work in the garden with my wife and kids. Tree planting and grass trimming allows me to relax after a difficult day at work. When I have time, I like to read interesting books and watch films with my wife.

What is important to you?

Family, friends, and an interesting job.

Vitalii’s way to Inpsyde

My professional career started when I was 14 years old. My family had a beekeeping business. It was the first and most important step to gaining knowledge and life experience. 

I finished a Master’s in Industrial Electronics at the National Polytechnic University in Kyiv. For the following 14 years I worked in different positions in the field of developing electronic devices. I also have experience working as a technical specialist and in management, by running my own business. 

Now, I am a part of Inpsyde. Working here, I am happy to be improving myself and contributing more to the company every day.

Why was Inpsyde interesting for you?

Work at Inpsyde is interesting because it is a new work concept for me. I had never worked completely remote before. And it’s great that I can work from anywhere in the world. 

Inpsyde invests a lot in teamwork in the company. That is very important to me.

What do you especially like about your new job?

People are absolutely great here! Organization and communication are on a very high level.

My job now combines experience from my background with new knowledge. I study a lot of new things, and it gives me energy, confidence and pleasure.

It was like I expected, and yet it is still very interesting, I get to do new things all the time. Inpsyde was the correct choice for me.

I have two best pieces of advice from both my grandfathers.

1. Protect your honor from childhood.

2. Build your house in such a way that you will have time to live there.

Because I like to travel so much I always use Google Maps.
