In this article, we want to introduce Jaqueline Knaack, our Junior People Operations Manager. When Jaqueline joined our agency in December 2022, we asked her a few questions to get to know her a little better.
This is Jaqueline Knaack
Jaqueline lives in Hamburg, Germany.
How would you describe yourself?
The things I love are my family and two cats. I also love traveling to different countries, like Japan, gaming, and my audio gear.
How do you spend your time?
I spend my spare time with my cats, gaming, and walking around the nice city spots here in Hamburg.
What is important to you?
It’s important to try to see the best in everything and look for a way to be happy every day.
Jaqueline’s way to Syde
I previously worked for Jimdo as Community Support for nearly four and half years.
Before that, I got my Diploma and Bachelor’s in Game Art & 3D Animation at the university SAE Institute.
I found it appealing that Syde is fully remote, with great people and mindset. The ability to grow and gain even more knowledge is encouraged here. It is a huge benefit to work alongside such great and motivated people.
What do you especially like about your new job, or what are you looking forward to?
I love that I am helping Syde to find even more great people!
Questions to Syder Jaqueline
We asked Jaqueline a few personal questions to learn more about her:
What was the best advice you ever got? Who gave it to you?
I once heard from my family the advice “Das einzige Ziel im Leben ist glücklich zu sein. Nichts anderes zählt!“ (“The only goal in life is to be happy. Nothing else matters!”).
I found this to be true, live everyday like you want, it could always be your last one.
What do you like most about your city?
The Port + the “Kupferteich”
What is your favorite smartphone app?
Discord.
What is the best meal you can cook on your own?
Sadly not a great cook. The best I can do is a tasty Lasagna.
By the way: The Syde Team is 100% remote
This enables us to bring together the best minds in the world in one team. You want to learn more about our way of working and the Syders? Take a look inside Syde!
